Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of your staff is critical to the success of your ball club. With objective data on their stuff (velocity, spin, movement, etc.) coupled with their mental makeup, arm health, etc. you will have a very strong handle on your staff.

Each pitcher will receive an assessment of each of their offerings including Velocity, Spin Rate, Movement. Arm Path and more. No more guess work.

Eliminate disagreements and differences of opinion. When the discussion is formatted around objective data, players buy-in much more readily. When you can show them data on their strengths and weaknesses they focus on improving themselves and not criticizing the coaching staff.

The data can be used to create more targeted, individual specific development plans. Each pitcher can work on individual development in a team setting.

Each player will throw 5 pitches for each of their offerings. We will measure the velocity, movement, spin and more. Each pitch will be given a Stuff value (relative to playing level). The Stuff value is a measure of how effective a pitch is with 100 being the average value.
The 3D clock will show the arm slot, spin axis and last point of contact for the pitchers fingers. This visual says a lot and has proven to be a helpful conceptualization for pitchers to understand what they are doing and how to make adjustments.
Movement in the vertical and horizontal directions is charted for each pitch.
Spin is broken down into its components for a better understanding of what is causing the movement.
Arm path is also captured - helping identify inefficiencies
