Whether you consider yourself a pitcher or position player, we view you as a baseball player. A baseball player throws, fields, catches and hits and may even pitch. We believe it’s too early to be specializing by position.

ten 90 minute training sessions each month. Unused sessions may be carried over to the next month. The first session will be used for the evaluation.
four 90 minute training sessions to be used within 14 days. If you are not sure about the commitment, this option allows you to try it out. The first session will be used for the evaluation which includes a head to toe movement assessment, slo-motion video of pitching mechanics and review of your playing/training/injury history. The remaining 3 sessions are spent getting familiar with the training process in our energetic and engaging training environment under the guidance of our professional trainers.

Our experience and the research shows that participating in a well designed consistent training program is more effective than individual lessons for skill acquistion and development. Our program provides the foundation for this skill development. The athlete will train on-site under the guidance and supervision of our professional trainers alongside athletes of all ages (middle school through professional). The environment inspires and motivates athletes to work harder than they would on their own.
What is a typical session like?
A typical 90 minute session will include skill work in both hitting and throwing (pitching if applicable) along with strength and movement skills training. Through our assessment, we will indentify the most important areas of focus for the athlete. Their program will be tailored to them. After an initial familiarization process the athlete will be independently following their plan while interacting with the other athletes and trainers.
